God has been doing some amazing things in the lives of some new students. We have just recently had a few new students sign our "promises" that we use to keep our sense of community together as a youth group. It's awesome when that happens because it is a reflection of the fact that they care about what is happening in the youth ministry and feel they really belong.

SANCTUARY: Shannon Blake came and shared this past Tuesday about Sanctuary and all that God is doing in their church to meet the needs of the poor. We had an amazing time of worship, drama, and a great birthday cake for Starr.

FILL A FREIGHT TRUCK: On Friday June 3rd from 5pm-10pm Highview is doing out Love KW event for this "Fill A Freight Truck" project. We'll be going out to the community to do a food drive that night and then the students will bring the food on Saturday June 4th at 11am at the Community Christian Reformed Church to literally fill a freight truck. More details will be coming soon. Mark your calendars!
WONDER JAM: Tickets have been bought. That's all I have to say right now. It's going to ROCK. More fun stuff will be mentioned later but I thought I'd keep you in suspense
